We’re unable to cancel orders once they’re placed, as our production team begins working on your artwork immediately after confirmation.

You can upload your artwork directly through our simple design software embedded in our website. Once your design is submitted, it will be sent to our production team to prepare for printing.

TFM+ is our exclusive membership program that rewards our dedicated customers with year-round discounts on selected items, early access to new products, and invitations to special workshops and events.

Joining is easy! Once your total purchases reach the required amount, you’ll be automatically upgraded to TFM+ member status.

You’ll be happy to know that your TFM+ membership is for life! However, The Fotowall Museum reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of the membership at any time.

Yes, we do! Event organizers or companies purchasing in bulk can qualify for our TFM+ membership, which offers discounted rates on selected items.

Our products are designed to be quick and easy to set up and dismantle. You can scan the QR code on your product for a step-by-step guide, or follow the instructions on our website.

With proper care, our products can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. However, they are designed for indoor use in cool environments and are not recommended for outdoor, windy, or high-temperature conditions.

No need! Our products are designed to be simple enough for you to set up and take down on your own, saving you from paying extra for manpower.

Our packaging is designed for local delivery, but if you need to ship the products overseas, you’ll need to add extra protection with carton boxes and additional bubble wrap. Please note that we do not provide any warranty for damage caused during domestic or international shipping, so it’s important to secure the items properly for transportation.
